We are commitment to transparency and quality. We are sorry when you experience slowness or instability on the platform and, therefore, we would like to explain what are the factors that influence this and give you confidence in what we are doing to resolve the situation permanently.

We went from 2 million to over 5 million candidates using Gupy platform between January 2019 and January 2020

This rapid growth in traffic can slow data processing. Between the 7th and the 14th of June alone, we went from 1.4 million users to more than 2 million.

What are we doing:

  • We doubled our infrastructure investment in June;
  • We redesigned our quality processes to ensure more usability tests.

All of this is only sufficient if you are satisfied. And we want to clear all your doubts
